Module 1 - Blogging, SEO & Digital Strategy Fundamentals

Understanding the role of content in digital visibility

In this module, you will discover why blogging and SEO are powerful tools for small businesses, even if you have never written a blog post before. We start from the beginning and build your skills step by step, using simple words and clear examples.

You will learn:

  • What a Blog really is today
  • How Google decides which websites to show
  • How to find out what your customers are looking for online. 

The skills you gain here will help you make smarter decisions about your online presence, without spending a lot of money.

Module 2 – Keyword Research & Data-Informed Content Planning

Using Data to Identify Opportunities

In this module, you will learn how to find relevant keywords for your business, how to use simple free tools to check them, and how to turn what you find into a clear content plan. We keep it practical and simple — no fancy software, no big budget required.

You will learn:

  • What a keyword really is, and why it matters
  • The difference between short and long keywords
  • Keywords as a way to understand your customers.

Module 3 – SEO-Oriented Content Creation

Writing Content That Works for People and Search Engines

In this module, you will learn how to structure a blog post so it does not look like a wall of text. You will discover how to write titles and headings that grab attention, how to use keywords naturally, and how to do a few small checks before publishing that can make a big difference.

You will learn:

  • The key parts of a well-structured blog post
  • Why structure helps both readers and Google
  • The difference between a messy post and a well-organized one
  • How to outline a simple blog post for your own business.

Making Content Visible and Learning from Data

In this module, you will learn how to choose the right places to share your content, how to adapt one piece of content for different platforms, and how to extend your reach beyond social media through email newsletters and online communities. 

You will learn:

  • How ro choose the right digital platforms for your business
  • How to adapt one piece of content for different social media channels
  • To convert one idea into several formats
  • To build a simple publishing plan.

Module 5 - Digital Safety & Responsible Use

Using Digital Tools Safely, Responsibly, and Ethically

In this module, you will learn how to recognise common digital risks like phishing and weak passwords, how to handle personal and business data responsibly under GDPR, how to protect your digital identity, and how to use content and AI tools ethically.

You will learn:

  • To recognize the most common digital risks small businesses face
  • How these risks specifically affect small businesses
  • The difference between safe and unsafe online behavior
  • To identify one digital risk in your own daily work.
